THE PROCESS
Six stages. Nothing goes to bulk until you approve a physical sample.

Send a tech pack, a sketch or a garment you want matched, with a rough quantity.

Composition, GSM and construction confirmed, then the pattern is made and cut.

A physical sample with your branding — typically 7–14 days. Bulk starts only once you approve it.

Cut and sewn against the approved sample. Timelines depend on quantity and specification.

Measurements, seams, branding position and colour checked against your approved sample.

Labelled, tagged, packed to your instructions and shipped worldwide with export documents.
QUESTIONS
Our MOQs are low and flexible rather than a single fixed number — they depend on the garment, the fabric and the decoration involved. Tell us what you want to make and roughly how many, and we will confirm the MOQ for that spec.
Yes. A large part of what we do is first production runs for new labels, which is why we keep MOQs flexible and support sampling before bulk.
Always. A physical sample is made and sent for your approval, and bulk does not start until you approve it.
Typically 7–14 days for a first sample, depending on the garment and whether fabric and trims need to be sourced in.
Bulk timelines depend on the quantity and the specification, so we confirm a schedule with you once the sample is approved rather than quoting a fixed number up front.
Yes. A tech pack with measurements, fabric details and artwork is the fastest route to an accurate sample.
Yes. Send a garment you want matched and we will pattern from it. A sketch with measurements also works if that is all you have.
Yes. Neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging all carry your brand. Nothing that reaches your customer carries ours.
Yes. We source cotton, fleece, pique, twill, canvas and technical knits, and we can work to a composition and GSM you specify.
Yes, worldwide by courier — DHL, FedEx and UPS — with export documentation. We are an FBR-registered business, a Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry member and TDAP registered.
Around 150–180 GSM reads as a standard retail tee, 180–200 GSM as a premium tee, and 200 GSM and above as heavyweight or boxy streetwear. The sample is the real test — GSM alone does not tell you how a fabric drapes.
Pique is a knit with a raised waffle texture. It is more structured and more breathable than flat jersey, holds its shape around the placket and collar, and is the traditional polo fabric for that reason.
Yes. Flat-knit collars and cuffs are knitted to shape as separate pieces, which is what gives a polo its finished edge and lets us tip them in your colours. Self-fabric cut collars are also available.
