Sportswear Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQs are low and flexible rather than a single fixed number — they depend on the garment, the fabric and the decoration involved. Tell us what you want to make and roughly how many, and we will confirm the MOQ for that spec.

Do you work with new clothing brands?

Yes. A large part of what we do is first production runs for new labels, which is why we keep MOQs flexible and support sampling before bulk.

Do you provide samples before bulk production?

Always. A physical sample is made and sent for your approval, and bulk does not start until you approve it.

How long does sampling take?

Typically 7–14 days for a first sample, depending on the garment and whether fabric and trims need to be sourced in.

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk timelines depend on the quantity and the specification, so we confirm a schedule with you once the sample is approved rather than quoting a fixed number up front.

Can you manufacture from a tech pack?

Yes. A tech pack with measurements, fabric details and artwork is the fastest route to an accurate sample.

Can you manufacture from a physical sample?

Yes. Send a garment you want matched and we will pattern from it. A sketch with measurements also works if that is all you have.

Do you offer private-label manufacturing?

Yes. Neck labels, care labels, hang tags and packaging all carry your brand. Nothing that reaches your customer carries ours.

Can you source fabrics?

Yes. We source cotton, fleece, pique, twill, canvas and technical knits, and we can work to a composition and GSM you specify.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide by courier — DHL, FedEx and UPS — with export documentation. We are an FBR-registered business, a Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry member and TDAP registered.

What is sublimation printing and when should I use it?

Sublimation turns the dye into a gas that bonds inside polyester fibre, so the artwork has no weight and no hand feel and will not crack or peel. It suits all-over prints, gradients and artwork that must run across seams. It only works on polyester and on light base fabrics.

Can you add player names and squad numbers?

Yes. Names, numbers and sponsor blocks are applied per piece, so every garment in a team order can differ while the base kit stays identical.

Can you match our existing team colours?

Yes. Send a reference garment, a Pantone reference or artwork and we will match it on the sample for your approval before bulk.
