THE PROCESS

Composition, GSM and construction confirmed, then the pattern is made and cut.

A physical sample with your branding — typically 7–14 days. Bulk starts only once you approve it.

Cut and sewn against the approved sample. Timelines depend on quantity and specification.

Measurements, seams, branding position and colour checked against your approved sample.

Labelled, tagged, packed to your instructions and shipped worldwide with export documents.
QUESTIONS
Our MOQs are low and flexible rather than a single fixed number — they depend on the garment, the fabric and the decoration involved. Tell us what you want to make and roughly how many, and we will confirm the MOQ for that spec.
Yes. A large part of what we do is first production runs for new labels, which is why we keep MOQs flexible and support sampling before bulk.
Always. A physical sample is made and sent for your approval, and bulk does not start until you approve it.
Typically 7–14 days for a first sample, depending on the garment and whether fabric and trims need to be sourced in.
Bulk timelines depend on the quantity and the specification, so we confirm a schedule with you once the sample is approved rather than quoting a fixed number up front.

Yes — garment dye, acid wash, enzyme finishes, abrasion, rips and visible repairs. Distressing is always sampled first because it is the hardest finish to keep consistent across a run.
